WEST ROXBURY -- As the season progresses teams from across the state will attempt to figure out what pieces they have and what players they will be able to rely on, as the Spring takes hold of the Commonwealth. And then there’s Xaverian’s Sean Sperzel. The Penn State commit looked every bit the future Division 1 college player that he is, as he rolled up five goals, and added a pair of assists, to power No. 14 Xaverian to a 12-7 over Catholic Conference rival No. 24 Catholic Memorial.
