SCITUATE — The defending Division 3 State Champion Cohasset Skippers opened their 2019 season in convincing fashion, as they defeated Division 2 State semifinalist, Scituate, 12-3.
The Skippers were led by senior All-American goalie Mason Fitzgerald, who made 13 saves in the win. They also received hat tricks from midfielders Tucker Fulton, Colin Mcfetridge, and attackman Jake Sullivan.
Cohasset (1-0) came out firing early and never looked back, as they received goals from seven different scorers on the evening.

Scituate (0-1) was led by Ray O’Brien, who scored three goals in the loss.
