Player Spotlight – Michael Hughes

Brooks School LSM Michael Hughes '19 is one of the top poles in New England and a returning Boston Lax All-American game standout. The Providence College commit has had a big start to 2019, helping lead his Brooks School squad to an undefeated (4-0) record early in the season.   What town are you from?  I am from Andover Massachusetts When did you start playing and why? I started playing lacrosse when I was nine years old and my friends were a big part of the reason why I wanted to play. How many family members d you have and do they play sports too?   I have one older brother who goes to Northeastern. In High School, he played football and baseball. I also have a younger
