MIAA Top 20 (Week 4)

As we hit the April vacation week checkpoint, there's less movement than last week, but still some. Both the Players' Cup and Chowda Cup will certainly have an effect on next week's poll, but for now, here's how we see things as the month begins winding down... 1.
