MIAA D2 playoffs: (6) Reading 13, (11) Algonquin 6 – Rockets soar into Elite 8 (VIDEO)

READING - They don't ask how you advance, as long as you advance. Reading didn't always have it's 'A' game on Tuesday night in the second round of the MIAA D2 tournament, but teams with championship experience find ways to finish the job. The sixth-seeded Rockets ultimately came away with a 13-6 win over the No. 11 seed Algonquin to reach the Elite 8. This one was a grind at times with Reading leading just 2-1 after one, 6-3 at the half and 9-5 heading to the fourth. Conor Wicken led the Rockets' offense with five goals and an assist. Zach Lindmark and Dylan Martello each had two goals with Lindmark adding an assist. C
