FRANKLIN - Two years ago in just its third season as a Division 1 team following years of success as a D2 program, Hingham was eliminated by Franklin in the D1 South semifinals. Fast forward to Saturday afternoon, and the Harbormen returned the favor. Behind a balanced offensive output, some big saves from Nate Hoffman and a shut-down performance from the defense, fifth-seeded Hingham beat the fourth-seeded Panthers 9-6 in a surprisingly low-scoring affair. Hingham (20-2) won the D2 title in 2017 before moving up to D1 and now, they'll take on the two-time defending D1 champs St. John's Prep in a Final Four matc
