For the third straight year, it'll be BC High and St. John's Prep in the D1 state championship, but it wasn't for lack of effort from Acton-Boxborough. The Revolution gave BC High everything it could handle, but in the end the Eagles were a beat deeper and ground out a 13-9 victory at Burlington High School in a D1 Final Four matchup on Tuesday night. Second-seeded BC High (20-2) handed top-seeded Prep (21-1) its only loss this season and has lost the last two state championship games against their rivals. Meanwhile, another fantastic run for third-seeded Acton-Boxborough ends at 17-5. This one was a back and forth affair throughout, with BC High leading 5-3 after one. The teams end
