BURLINGTON - It wouldn't be the MIAA postseason without an epic clash between Catholic Conference rivals BC High and St. John's Prep. For the last three seasons, the Battle of the Eagles has taken place in the D1 state title game. This season, the two met in a state semifinal at Burlington High School on Tuesday night and once again, it was Prep ending BC High's season. Despite a ridiculous 16-save performance for Charlie McCullough, the Prep offense found a way to pot two more goals than their rivals, grinding out a 6-4 win.
