BC High and Xaverian renewed their Catholic Conference rivalry with a spot in the D1 Final 4 on the line Friday afternoon. Both regular season games between the Hawks and BC High were close, with the Eagles winning 12-10 in the first meeting and Xaverian winning the second matchup 12-7. This time, the Eagles held the Hawks to just two goals and punched another ticket to the state semis with a gritty 7-2 win. It's been an up-and-down year by BC High (14-7) standards, but the Eagles now get another date with rival St. John's Prep in the Final 4 on Tuesday (Time/Location TBD).
