MacLean, Treiber lead Medfield on and off the field

Medfield's loss last night to Cohasset was its first to a Massachusetts-based team in 36 games. That type consistent success has been the hallmark of the Medfield program. Since 2005 the Warriors have won six state titles and played in another two state championship games. For this era of Med Lax, the program has grown around it's two senior stars on the attack, John MacLean and Matt Treiber. The duo are 78-11, with a pair of state titles, so far in their careers at Medfield and Treiber and MacLean have been key pieces of the team since they walked into the program in 2013.
