ISL Quarterfinals: (2) St. Sebastian’s 9, (7) Governor’s Academy 8 – Arrows survive show-stealing performance by Gaebel

NEEDHAM - With elite offensive talent on both sides, it was the goalies stealing the show in the final moments of the Governor's Academy vs. St. Sebastian's ISL quarterfinal matchup on Wednesday afternoon. The second-seeded Arrows were clinging to a 9-8 lead with 3:16 remaining on the clock and got a massive save from junior Pat Cardone. With 1:23 remaining and the scoreboard unchanged, it was junior Owen Gaebel's turn to make a huge stop. This particular save was his 20th of the day, putting an exclamation point on an incredible performance. The clutch goaltending wasn't done there though, as Cardone had to make one more high save in tight with 33 seconds remaining. Seb's ultimately c
