Catholic Memorial 10, Xaverian 9 – Knights hang on after late surge from Hawks

In an important Catholic Conference tilt on Tuesday evening, Catholic Memorial built a significant lead and then held on for a 10-9 win. CM (5-2, 3-1) got a hat trick from Carson Eutsay and two goals each from Sean McCarthy (also had an assist), Nathan Coghlin and Dylan Franzen. Christian Kelly (1 goal, 1 assist) and Seamus Tattan also chipped in as well. Johnny Black led Xaverian (4-5, 2-2) with a hat trick and an assist. Dante Mariani had two goals and an assist while Sebastian Reyes, Mike Albert, Charlie Brennan and Jack Fitzpatrick all added goals as well. CM led 3-0 after one and 6-1 at the half before taking a 9-4 lead into the fourth, but the Hawks made it interesting. Vid
