Billerica 11, Longmeadow 10 – Indians pull off stunning comeback over Lancers in annual Bentley showdown

For quite a while now, the annual Longmeadow and Billerica matchup under the lights at Bentley University ends up being one of the best regular season games of the year. Monday night's latest chapter in the rivalry was no different. Down by four goals heading to the fourth quarter, Billerica scored the last five goals in the final frame for an incredible 11-10 win. The game winning goal came from the stick of Adam Priest with 46.4 seconds remaining. The Indians moved to 10-1 with a 10th straight win, while Longmeadow fell to 7-2. Longmeadow was in control most of the night, up 2-0 after one, 7-4 at the half and 10-6 heading into the final 12 minutes. Priest finished with a hat
