BELMONT – It was as thorough and complete a performance as Belmont Hill coach Tim Sullivan could have hoped for.
His Hillers took control of their game against Roxbury Latin early and kept increasing the pressure until the final horn of a 16-7 win. Bel Hill opened up a 5-2 lead after a quarter, grew the lead up to five at half, and put the game out of reach with another five-goal quarter in the third.
“We made a priority to make the extra pass as a group,” Sullivan said. “It's the route our entire team [takes], the desire to make one more pass. We got six guys on offense; we look to have six guys be a threat every time.”
