By Brian McLoughlin (@bmcloughlin22) BOSTON, Mass – As final buzzer sounded at James Cotter Field Thursday afternoon, the BC High School Eagles were able to breathe a sigh in relief. The Eagles held off a furious Xaverian comeback attempt late in the fourth to earn a 10-9 win and a spot in the Division 1 South final. Matt Haggerty, Tom Ashburn, and Will Bowen spearheaded the Eagles defensive unit, which limited Xaverian’s fast-tempo offense to just one goal in the first half. Long-stick midfielder Oskar Djusberg also stepped up for the Sean Sperzel drew the entire of the entire BC defense. He was held to one goal.[/c
