By Owen Hart (@owenhartmedia) Two of the South Shore's best met on Saturday night as Norwell hosted rival Scituate. After carrying a 10-9 lead into the fourth quarter, Norwell's elite face-off unit led by Johnny Mullen (Syracuse) took over. Mullen's late dominance at the face-off X as well as an overall shutdown quarter on defense helped the Clippers to a 5-0 run to close out the game en route a 15-9 victory. Griffin Vetrano and Joe Daly combined for six goals and five assists to lead Norwell's offense while goalie Ryan Daly (Vermont) anchored the defense with 14 saves. Charlie Hartwell (two goals, three assists) and James Sullivan (three goals, one assist) led the Sailors. http
