2022 MIAA Game & Video Recap: Lincoln-Sudbury 6, Needham 2

SUDBURY — Thursday afternoon’s season-opening showdown between perennial Division I powers Needham and Lincoln-Sudbury was all about defense, so much so that the two teams were held to just eight goals combined.
Led by junior defenseman Chase Gozdeck (Vermont), Lincoln-Sudbury’s defense put the clamps down on Needham’s high-powered offense for the entirety of the afternoon en route to a 6-2 victory.
