2022 MIAA Game Recap: No. 1 St. John’s Prep 14, No. 2 BC High 6

DANVERS - Following a three-goal win against MIAA No. 2 BC High back in April, MIAA No. 1 St. John’s Prep head coach John Pynchon acknowledged his team still had a lot to work on.
The hope at that time was that Prep would look like a different, improved team when the rematch against the 'other' Eagles took place in mid-May.
The rematch took place on Wednesday afternoon, and St. John’s Prep did indeed look like an improved team, hammering their Catholic Conference rivals 14-6 at Glatz Field. The win clinched at least a share of the league title for SJP (12-1, 8-0) while BC High dropped to 11-5 (6-2 CC).
