Without standout face-off man Devin German (UMass Lowell) due to a questionable MIAA decision regarding an altercation with rival Concord-Carlisle following the DCL Final, both German and another teammate were forced to sit two games. German had already sat out the first postseason game, so if the sixth-seeded Colonials could hold off No. 11 Natick in a Division 1 Sweet 16 matchup, he’d be back for the Elite Eight.
