By Mike Flanagan (@flano0) DEDHAM - The last time ISL No. 4 Nobles and St. George's (RI) met on the lacrosse field was in 2019; a 12-4 win for the Bulldogs. Most of the guys currently rostered on both squads had yet to even put on varsity uniforms, COVID wasn't a thing.... life was good. Fast forward three years and a much-improved St. George's team traveled north to square off against the Bulldogs (9-4, 8-2). Following a 13-10 defeat to ISL No. 2 Tabor (11-2, 8-1) last week, Nobles responded with a 19-9 victory at Lawrence Academy (8-3, 7-3) on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Dragons (9-4, 6-4) entered their matchup with Nobles on the heals of back-to-back wins against Groton and St. Mark's.
