By Kevin J. Stone @kstone06 CHELMSFORD -- Eight and counting. With a convincing 11-2 win over Dracut on Monday afternoon, the Chelmsford Lions (8-0) remained unbeaten through eight games in 2021. The Lions executed a well-balanced defensive and offensive gameplan and were led by the play of Manny Marshall and Will Walsh - who each tallied three goals in the victory. “The thing we knew about Dracut is that they had a stud at the face-off X and an unbelievable goalie,” said Chelmsford coach Sean Wright. “Our big thing was to possess the ball, and then we knew they were going to run a zone, so we really needed to move off-ball and pass really well on the outside - and be patient.
