By Mike Flanagan @fLAno0  Five goals apiece from the three-headed monster of Owen Boss, Luke DeFlumeri and Timmy LaCroix helped St. John’s Shrewsbury to a season-sweep of rival Longmeadow on Friday night, as the No. 2 Pioneers won the Division II Central/West title with a 15-6 victory over the No. 5 Lancers at Assabet Regional.   The Pioneers took a 4-2 lead into the second quarter thanks to a pair from DeFlumeri, one from LaCroix and one from Boss. LaCroix completely took over the second quarter for St. John’s, sticking home three straight to push the lead to 7-2. Longmeadow’s Rich Joseph made it a 7-3 game with 23 seconds to play in the half and the Pioneers too
