By Ryan Kilian @masspreps  SUDBURY -- Day One is in the books, as the 2019 Coaches Challenge Cup got underway at Lincoln-Sudbury High School on Tuesday afternoon. The tenth annual April Vacation lacrosse tournament features eight of Eastern Massachusetts’ top programs and is always must-watch lacrosse event every year in the Bay State. The tournament opened with two concurrent games on two of L-S’s three turf fields, at 12 p.m., followed by the remaining four teams matching up at 2:30 p.m. Lincoln-Sudbury and Winchester played in one opener, while Wellesley and Dover-Sherborn went head-to-head in the other opening game.
