By Jake Levin @JakeLevin09 WEYMOUTH—Two of the top programs in Massachusetts have plenty to build on and even more to tweak after their preseason scrimmage on Thursday. Behind a big first quarter, the St. Sebastian’s Arrows – which won a share of last year’s ISL title – defeated last year’s MIAA Division 1 runner-up BC High Eagles, 7-1, inside the Union Point Sports Complex. Cornell-commit Brian Piatelli and Duke-commit Michael Swirbalus scored twice each in the first 12 minutes as Seb’s picked right up where it left off a season ago. Neither team truly developed a rhythm in the offensive end after that, which Arrows head coach Adam White chalked up to the calendar
