Post, video and photos by Ryan Kilian (@masspreps) SUDBURY -- The 19th annual Federation Lacrosse High School Elite Tournament concluded on Thursday night, as 13 of the state's top programs were represented in the week-long event that concludes an eventful summer of high school lacrosse. After competing all week in head-to-head evening match-ups, Lincoln-Sudbury and Hingham faced off in the tournament final. Despite graduating four Eastern Mass.
