(10) Winchester 9, (4) Hingham 5 – Red & Black grind out win in battle of unbeaten teams

WINCHESTER - It was a mid-season, litmus test type of game at Knowlton Stadium on Wednesday morning, even if it still felt like March weather wise. No. 10 Winchester came in 8-0, while No. 4 Hingham made the early morning 45-minute trip at 7-0. It wasn't the most aesthetically pleasing game of lax anyone will see, but four goals from Andrew Mango and some stout defense was enough for Winchester to grind out a 9-5 win at home. "We game-planned a little bit, tried to slow possessions, keep the ball on offense, play smart," said Mango. "A little pressure going up against a powerhouse Hingham, it's obviously going to be a great game." https://www.youtube.com/shorts/slpf4v1FUXo
