These are currently the teams we feel are the 10 best publics in the state, but things could always change between now and the next time we do this in a couple weeks... 1. St. John's Prep (8-1) Prep has already gone through the top teams in the state and show no signs of slowing down. D1 title goes through the Eagles again as of now. 2. BC High (6-1) If not for Prep, it would be BC High as the favorites in D1. Until they get over the SJP hump, they're stuck at 2. 3.
