No. 13 Medfield opened its season by turning a 3-2 halftime deficit into a 16-9 win over TVL rival No. 12 Westwood at home on Thursday night. Eddie Breslin had six goals, Brady Dodge had four and an assist and Braedan Sutton added a hat trick with an assist. Shane Cloney had a goal and an assist. Kevin Nee had a goal. Medfield won 18 face offs. For Westwood (2-1), Will Sesselman had four goals and an assist. Greg Walsh had a hat trick. Sam Cochran and Liam Williams also scored and added assists. Will Steuler had an assist. Jaden Pollack made 11 saves. The Warriors led 9-5 heading to the fourth and pulled away with an impresisve final 12 minutes. Medfield hosts Ashland on Monday,
