Governor's Academy (14-2) - Although they share the ISL title, Govs head to win victory over Belmont Hill notches them one spot higher... 4. Belmont Hill (14-2) - ...that said, an OT loss against Rivers is all that kept the Hillies from claiming the ISL crown outright.
