The Vermont Voyageurs and Boston Blazers split a pair of exhibition games held during the Voyageurs training-camp weekend in Burlington, Vt., on May 2-3. The Blazers – an all-star team representing the Boston Box Lacrosse League – dropped the weekend’s first game 10-5, but rallied to take the second 16-13. “The Voyageurs are a first-class organization, and a number of their players are part of our league, and many guys from our league aspire to play with them, so this was good for everyone,” said Randy Fraser, who runs the BBLL and led the Blazers team in Burlington. “These were fun, hard-fought games. It was a win-win weekend for both sides, on the floor and off.” The
