When head coach Pat Ammendolia started coaching the A-B program 15 years ago, it was as irrelevant as it gets when it comes to Massachusetts high school lacrosse. A winless (or maybe one-win) program when he took over, Ammendolia and his staff have turned A-B into a perennial contender. With that comes expectations, so the fact that the Revolution haven't made a state championship game appearance since 2018 isn't lost on anyone wearing blue and gold. Division 1 is stacked again this season, but A-B believes it can compete with the top teams in the state. They'll get that chance early on with games against St. John's Prep, Franklin and BC High all within the first two weeks of the regul
