Hey everyone. Obviously, we are in the middle of an extremely difficult time with the recent and sudden passing of our editor and leader Ryan Kilian.
Before Ryan passed, somehow that dedicated legend was able to string together almost an entirely completed set of rosters for the 2021 All-American game on July 22 at Union Point Sports Complex in Weymouth (Field 4).
We understand that one week’s worth of notice is not ideal, so if you cannot make it just let us know. If you’re on the list and plan to compete in the game, please DM Mike Flanagan on either Twitter/Instagram to confirm your spot. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you are not playing and will find an alternate. Players selected can also confirm their participation via email by sending an email to flanagansportsmedia@gmail.com.
All players selected must confirm by Tuesday night 11:59 pm, July 20 to ensure their spot in the game.
Team Stallion– will wear their white uniforms (please bring your school jersey and shorts)
Team Surgeon – will wear their dark uniforms (please bring your school jersey and shorts)
*Goalies – please bring throat guards as well.
The game will face-off at 6 p.m. and players should arrive at 5 p.m for warmups and check-in.
Each player can make a donation to BostonLax with all proceeds going to the Bruce Lerch Fund and the Ryan Kilian Memorial Fund.
We are still in the process of figuring out coaches for both teams and are trying to set up game-day raffles and other means to benefit Ryan’s family.
We look forward to seeing the lacrosse community come out in full force. It’s what Ryan would have wanted and we cannot wait to see you all. Without further ado, here are the 2021 class of BostonLax All-Americans.
